Originally established as a small answering service, A&M Center has grown over the years to meet the changing needs of our community. Susan Puga
When Susan purchased A&M Center from longtime owner Pat Murray in 2016, she knew she wasn't just taking over a business, she was continuing a tradition of neighborly service that has been part of Sebastopol for decades.
Originally from Ecuador, Susan earned a degree in Marketing and Graphic Design before spending six years with Texaco Petroleum Company, where she built a strong foundation in customer service. Today, she brings that same dedication, professionalism, and warmth to every customer who walks through the door.
Susan's favorite part of owning A&M Center is the people. She enjoys getting to know her regular customers, welcoming new faces, helping solve everyday challenges, and supporting fellow local businesses. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she strives to make everyone feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Beyond the shop, Susan is an active member of the Sebastopol community. She proudly participates in the Sebastopol Chamber of Commerce, supports the Sebastopol Area Senior Center through donations, and enjoys volunteering at beloved local events like the Apple Blossom Festival. When she's not at the store, you'll often find her dancing or performing bachata, a passion that reflects the same energy and joy she brings to her work each day.
